Self-image obsession isn't only female territory

Published by Chad Danylko on April 9, 2007 | Health
I work out from time to time. OK, I obsessively work out. If I am out and about and there are stairs to take, I will. I try to eat healthy, but good ole Rotten Ronnie still makes his presence known. I read all I can and chart out the "perfect" diet. Two days later I’m at the counter asking "Can I get a double quarter pounder with cheese please?"

Top 5 Ricer Cars

Published by Chad Danylko on April 5, 2007 | Automotive
I would like to state for the record that for every 2500 riced out cars on this list, there is a true enthusiast with something special. Unfortunately they are hard to spot because of the non- projector HID conversions that blind you, on most of the ricer cars on the road. Have fun out there, just be careful, you never know when Uncle Ben will make an appearance, so breathe steady, calm yourself and relax. On Respect

Published by Chad Danylko on March 8, 2007 | Culture
I have always been a firm believer in respect. The whole aspect of respect or being respectful has seemed, at least to me, to have been forgotten about in this fast paced thing we call life.

Should bars have more active competition?

Published by Chad Danylko on March 2, 2007 | Culture
Some call them bar stars; I refer to them as the dazed and confused. I live in a city of approximately 200,000 people, and I would like to believe that there is more to do in this city than just hit up the same places day in day out.
